Q Are deposits FDIC insured at all your banks' convenient locations?
A Yes! All deposit accounts at CornerBank, N.A. and its branches are insured by the FDIC up to $100,000.

Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A After your CornerBank, N.A. checking application has been approved, you will receive CornerBank, N.A.'s routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.

Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?
A After your CornerBank, N.A. checking application has been approved, you will receive CornerBank, N.A.'s routing and transit number and your account number. Simply contact us, and have your Social Security Number and account information available to set up your direct deposit right over the phone.

Q How can I start a deposit account, or get a loan from this bank?
A You can apply for a deposit account or a loan by going to the Deposits section or the Loans section and choosing the appropriate product application, or stop by in person at one of our convenient locations. We would love to assist you and visit with you.

Q How can I make deposits to my CornerBank account?
A If you cannot stop by one of our convenient locations, you can do most of your banking by utilizing direct mail deposit, ATM's, ACH (automated Clearing House) or wire transfer. If you have any question please contact a Personal Banker at a location near you.

Q Can I get information about my account by phone?
A Yes! Account information is available from our Personal Bankers during business hours at any of our locations or use our 24-Hour Bankline system for automated account information 24 hours a day, just dial 1-800-408-9324 from any touch-tone phone.

Q What products can I apply for online?
A You can apply online for checking and savings accounts - check out Cornerbank's Deposits page for details. Plus, apply online for personal loans and credit cards or complete the online questionnaire and we'll get back with you regarding our real estate loan products.

Q Can businesses have accounts at CornerBank, N.A.?
A CornerBank, N.A. offers a wide variety of accounts to businesses, however, at this time we do not offer online business account applications. We update our listings as new accounts are offered, so check back with us. If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, we may add it very soon!

Q Are there any online services available to businesses that have accounts at CornerBank, N.A.?
A Yes! Once you've established your business account(s) with CornerBank, your can manage your business accounts online through the CornerBank Cash Management system. If you would like information regarding our business services, please contact a Personal Banker.

Q Does CornerBank, N.A. offer IRAs online?
A Currently, CornerBank, N.A. does not offer IRAs online; however, we continually update our Products and Services section so check back with us soon! For information about the various types of IRAs, visit our Investments page.

Q Is interest paid on CornerBank, N.A. checking accounts?
A Yes! We offer a variety of checking plans to meet your financial goals. If you want a checking account that pays a market rate of interest, check out our Freedom Checking or one of our Cornerstone Checking accounts.

Q Can I open an account if I don't live in the United States?
A At this time we only accept applications from individuals residing in the United States of America, and who are a US citizen, with a valid US tax identification number. If you have any questions, please contact a Personal Banker.

Q Can I do all of my banking with CornerBank, N.A.?
A Yes! Thanks to the convenience of Direct Deposit and ATMs, everyday banking activities can be performed from the comfort of home. Contact us with questions about your banking needs.

Q Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
A Yes! With Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Check images are also available on line. When you're looking at your account page, you'll notice the check numbers are underlined - that means they're linked. Simply click on the check number to view the image. You can even print them if you want to!

Q Can I get information on my accounts by phone?
A You can get information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our 24-Hour Bankline automated voice response system by dialing 1-800-408-9324 from any touch tone phone.

Q How frequently is my CornerBank, N.A. information updated?
A We've upgraded our online updating capabilities, so instead of your online account information being updated just once each night, it is now updated several times throughout the day, giving you more up-to-date information. For example, if you make a deposit at 10 a.m., you'll be able to see a "memo credit" on your account page. This means we have your transaction information and it will be posted to your account on that day's business.

24-Hour Bankline provides real-time information. This means you can use your debit card to make a purchase, then turn around and call Bankline to verify the amount.

We've also extended our transaction times to 6 p.m. CT for online banking and Bankline to allow you more flexibility. Transactions made online or via Bankline any time up to 6 p.m. CT will be posted on the same day's business!

Q Are wire transfers possible to and from my CornerBank, N.A. checking account?
A Yes! Funds can be transferred to and from CornerBank, N.A. accounts by wire transfer or via ACH (Automated Clearing House) debits or credits. Call our customer service department at 1-800-408-9273 for details.

Q How do I make a deposit to my account from a remote location?
A You can do most of your banking by using direct deposit, ATMs or ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions. CornerBank, N.A. also offers a bank-by-mail service which allows you to mail non-recurring deposits. Contact us for details on a method that's best for you.
